Khushboo has worked at Thomson Reuters since May 2016. She was supporting customer training for Thomson Reuters Financial Products – Eikon and FXT and then moved to the Thomson Reuters Legal products team as a Product Specialist for Westlaw and Practical Law.

Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Khushboo’s work experience at Goldman Sachs supporting EMEA customers and her MBA (2016) from S.P Jain Institute for Global Management’s Dubai campus, both allowed her to gain more experience about the Middle East region and customers across multiple segments.

At Thomson Reuters, Khushboo supports MENA customers with her product expertise in Legal content research platforms, to maintain high customer satisfaction and drive customer retention and growth.
